Why An Ovarian Cyst Diet Will Wipe Out Your Hemorrhagic Cyst

Here's a "secret" that you may not have heard from many other people:

Your hemorrhagic cyst, and most ovarian cysts, grow and become dangerous because of what you are eating.

What you are eating has drastic effects on your body, and if you are eating foods that cause a hormonal imbalance within your body, then that is driving the cysts to grow, become large, and become dangerous.

I don't know why doctors and other people don't really want to mention that.  Natural diets and treatments work mostly because you change the diet that you currently are eating by, and you will be able to eliminate the cysts within a few weeks.

It's as easy as cutting out foods, one by one, that help the cysts to grow.  From there you can focus on replacing these with foods that actively fight off the cysts, help to flush them out of your system, boost your immunity, and bring your hormones back into balance.

It's really the only way for you to rid yourself of these cysts permanently.

If you take birth control pills (as per your doctor's treatment,) then you may not feel the symptoms, but the cyst may continue to grow (It happens quite a bit.)

So what can you start doing today?  Let's look at some examples.

Here are some examples of bad foods that help the cysts to grow by causing hormonal imbalances:

  • Caffeine - this over stimulates your hormones
  • Fabricated foods and processed foods are terrible because of all the additives in it
  • Grains with gluten
  • Hydrogenated oils
  • Refined carbs

Changing things like white rice for whole rice is crucial.  When you do this with all of the current refined foods you are eating, you will feel a huge difference.  You are replacing some chemicals that your body doesn't recognize, with healthy food that will help you to get rid of the cysts.

Here are some foods that you can begin eating which will help you out:

  • Whole rice, whole foods
  • Sprouts
  • Wheatgrass
  • Mustard
  • Range-fed meat
  • Fish
  • Gluten free grains
  • Beans

There are a lot of things that you can do to help your body heal, and get rid of the toxins that are causing your ovarian cysts to form.

One other dietary principle that you can use today is to eat a lot of raw foods.

I know it may sound difficult to even think of raw foods that you can eat, but it's pretty simple.  For example, fruits, vegetables, nuts, almonds, and even some kinds of fish.

What happens here is that you are going to be receiving tons of enzymes that don't exist in cooked foods, because they are burnt out of it during cooking.

If you research enzymes you will find that they are good - and needed.  That's why fruit, vegetables, and other living food that we eat are just so great for us.

Mangos and other tropical foods have long thought to be miracle foods, and there is definitely some validity to that kind of thinking.  If you never eat fruits, it's time to start.  They make a huge difference, and if you can aim to have a 50% or 75% raw food diet for a few weeks, you should see huge improvements.

We'll get into some detail in the future post on which kind of diet you can begin using, to get rid of your hemorrhagic cyst

Good luck and I hope this helps!

If you can change these 3 things in your diet… you might find your ovarian cyst disappears?

Did you just find out that you have a hemorrhagic cyst?

Maybe you've been feeling a lot of pain and finally went to the doctor... who advised you to "wait and see" if it disappears?

Now... This is great advice.  Honestly, most of the time the cysts do/can disappear on their own...

But sometimes during that time while you are "waiting," the cyst can actually grow a LOT.

Why does it grow?

Generally because your body is in a state of imbalance.  For example, you might have too much estrogen in your body, or not enough of a certain food...

In fact... Changing one or two small things that you can get from the supermarket or a health store can rebalance your body and dissolve the cysts.

There are three main factors... and you can check them out on Claire Davies' page.  She walks you through what to do to get rid of the cyst naturally...

Click Here to Visit Claire's Page About Naturally Curing Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cysts

I hope that this helps you out.  And if you're a bit skeptical about these types of "cures" I fully understand.  Just check out the dozen or so success stories on Claire's  page and it should put your mind at ease.

And remember... This is something that you should do in COMBINATION with what your doctor recommends.  Approaching it from a dietary stand point as well as a conventional one will definitely make sure you get the hemorrhagic cyst wiped out..

Hope this helps :)

Dermoid Cyst – What Can You Do About It?

Just been diagnosed with a dermoid cyst?

I'm sorry to hear that.  This type of cyst is very rare, but sometimes can be extremely dangerous.  The pain alone that it can cause is excruciating, and sometimes it can even threaten your blood supply causing even more problems (sometimes as far as killing an ovary)

If a dermoid cyst reaches the point where it's an emergency, a lot of times it requires surgery.  This involves a small procedure to have it removed at a hospital.  However, most times you hopefully won't have to do this.  Here are a few ways that you can deal with a dermoid cyst.

Wait & See Approach

In most of the cases, your doctor will recommend that you wait and see what happens with the ovarian cyst.  While this approach normally works because cysts disappear on their own, sometimes it will just allow the dermoid cyst ot continue growing and become a real problem.  After a month or two you might come back to the doctor only to find out that the situation has gotten worse.

Eating Right to Get Rid of the Cyst

While I don't recommend that you ONLY take this approach, it usually makes sense to do so in conjunction with whatever your doctor recommends.  For example - if your doctor is recommending that you monitor the cyst and come back in a month, I think it's best to also eat properly and really try and get rid of the cyst any way how.  Usually you only have to change up a few things over the course of a few weeks before seeing real results, so I think this is a great path you can take as well.

Surgically Removing the Cyst

Again, this is hopefully a last resort for you.  While it's a pretty straight-forward procedure, usually you have to sign a document that states the doctors can remove your ovaries if something goes wrong.  This is an extremely high price to pay for something that can perhaps be dealt with by changing up your diet (not to mention the money you have to pay too.)  But sometimes you simply haev to take this approach.

What To Do Now?

Become an expert on ovarian cysts.  This is probably one thing that will help to put your mind at ease.  Millions of women deal with ovarian cysts, and thousands have gotten rid of them naturally through the right diet... I think that if you can really just read as much and learn as much as possible, you will find out which way is best for you to deal with it.

Just Been Diagnosed With A Hemorrhagic Cyst?

If you've recently found out that you have a hemorrhagic cyst then you may be wondering what your options are.  I'm going to go over three of the most common kinds of treatments available and what your best bet is.  Let's get started

Watchful Waiting - The Most Common "Treatment"

Most of the time you will be told just to wait and see what happens.  You probably heard this already from your doctor when you found out that you had the hemorrhagic cyst.  But what does this really mean?  Well, cysts do disappear on their own the majority of the time.  So after a few months pass, your next ultrasound may show that the cyst is gone.  While it works a lot of the time, it can backfire on you.  If you sit and wait for months but the cysts keep growing, you may have a real problem.

Birth Control Pills - Another Common Treatment

This is the treatment that is prescribed for the majority of cases when there is pain involved.  Since ovarian cysts form because of ovulation, putting an end to ovulation will stop future cysts from forming.  Or that's the theory.  It doesn't always work, but a lot of times it can stop pain and allow you to resume a normal lifestyle.  However, keep in mind that you aren't fighting the root cause when you're taking the pills.

Adopting an Ovarian Cyst Diet - The Most Successful Strategy?

Here's a fact that you may find pretty interesting: ovarian cysts are only found in the western world.  This is because our diets and eating habits over here are pretty bad for the most part, and a lot of these miscellaneous diseases and disorders are allowed to form.  Remember, ovarian cysts only form in our bodies when we allow them to (based on the environment inside of your body.)  When you adopt the right diet, the cysts simply cannot exist.  The envirnoment is wrong for them, so they don't form.

I hope this helps,

Hemorrhagic Cyst Diet Secrets?

I just finished checking out an exciting new solution for women struggling with hemorrhagic cysts.

A medical researcher named Carol Foster has just completed an in-depth research on naturally curing ovarian cysts, and compiled every detail into a tell-all report called Ovarian Cyst Miracle.

With her report being scientifically and clinically proven she has been able to reach thousands of women and help them with their ovarian cysts.  Doctors have recommended her 3-step process to their patients as well, and it seems as though this is a very reliable natural treatment.

Whether you've just found out that you have a hemorrhagic cyst, or you've been battling with ovarian cysts for a while, Carol's diet and action plan will guide you through the way to being healthy again.  Here's an example before and after from one of the women she helped out:

Hemorrhagic Cyst Photo

Also, Carol offers one-on-one for you when you download her report.  This means that you will literally be speaking with somebody who has already had ovarian cysts and cured them.  That is very powerful as she knows exactly what you're going through and can help you to cure them quickly and effectively.  She says on average it only takes about 8 weeks.

Personal coaching is a key here.  Imagine trying to ride a bike alone, or learn another skill.  It can take quite a while - but if you have a coach, somebody who is there to guide you and help you because they've been there too, then you are much better off.

This is the main reason why I'm mentioning Carol in the first place.  The one-on-one counseling is just something that extremely valuable.

Here's a bit more info that you will learn from her report:

  • How to stop hemorrhagic cyst pain within 12-24 hours
  • How to cure and eliminate all kinds of ovarian cysts in 8 weeks
  • Which foods you should never eat if you want to cure your ovarian cysts
  • Which foods fight cysts and bring your body back to peak performance
  • How to restore hormonal balance in your body, which has a direct and overwhelming effect on ovarian cyst growth
  • Save a few thousand dollars by avoiding conventional treatments and possibly surgery

There's a lot more information on her site here, so I would check that out and see if it's for you.  Like I said, she has already helped thousands of people, and while I am not positive it will work for you, I think it stands a good chance.

Please feel free to come back and comment after you've tried it - I'd love to hear from you and see what kind of success you've had.

Good luck!

How Conventional Treatments Work For Hemorrhagic Cysts

Here's how it normally happens the conventional way, and I'm sure you are familiar with this.

  1. You may feel pain, and you get it checked out (or you "found out" by accident)
  2. You do an ultrasound, laparoscopy, or something similar - and your doctor tells you that you have an ovarian cyst (or a hemorrhagic cyst, if they can tell by the blood.)
  3. Your doctor tells you to wait and see (this is almost always the advice, while maybe giving you pills for the pain if it is particularly painful)
  4. You go back, and either the cyst has gone away on its own, or perhaps it has grown
  5. Your doctor tells you that they have to remove the cyst surgically (and a lot of the times, remove your ovary altogether)

The above happens to so many women, and most of the time it's unnecessary.

Yes, your hemorrhagic cyst does have a really good chance of going away on its own - but why risk it?

There are things that you can start doing now - simple things - that will tremendously help you to eliminate the cyst, and make sure that it doesn't wreck your life.

There are stories all over the internet about the trap I described above, and how women have fallen into it.  For years they battle these cysts - years! - and the pain just continues.

Another added risk, of course, is infertility.  If you have been trying to get pregnant and find that you can't, the cyst may very well be why - although that is very rare.  It's still something that we shouldn't play with, especially when there are things that we can do to make sure it doesn't reach that stage.

From the severe pain, to infertility, to a change in your personality (mood swings because of hormonal imbalances,) the risks are just way too high to sit back and "wait and see"

Birth control pills are also another common treatment, as they can generally stop pain.  However, this usually only fights the symptoms and completely avoids the root causes.  Many times the cysts will end up growing during the period (although there are times when the cysts do disappear.)

Again - I do understand that most of these cysts end up disappearing, so on a general scale the "wait and see" approach does work for the masses.  But if you're here reading this now then you may feel as though you should be doing more to fight them off, not just sitting down hoping they disappear.  If that is the case then I applaud you for taking that bold approach.

The truth is that you know way more about yourself, your body, and how you feel, than any doctor can EVER know. If you feel as though you should be doing more to eliminate the cysts, then you should definitely check out a natural plan.  And not just because it will help you to eliminate the hemorrhagic cyst, but because you need to arm yourself with the knowledge that you can learn.

Whatever you decide, I hope that you can find relief quickly.

Please feel free to leave a comment, I would love to hear from you and see what kind of experiences you're having.  A lot of women are searching for answers, and we can all share some kind of knowledge to help each other.

Thanks for reading, talk soon!

Risks of Surgically Removing a Hemorrhagic Cyst

Before we get into this article, we have to remember one very important thing:  The vast majority of ovarian cysts actually disappear / dissolve on their own.

Surgery is almost never required, but if you do have a serious hemorrhagic cyst problem, it CAN lead to that stage.

And the biggest risk by far of having surgery is the risk of the doctor's removing your ovary.

Generally before surgery you will sign a disclaimer stating that they can remove the ovary and/or uterus during surgery if they deem it necessary, and this is obviously a life altering event because you may not be able to have children and you will need medication to keep your hormones balanced for the rest of your life.

Again, we're talking drastics here - this is almost never the case, but it's a risk that not many people hear about.

The key here is preventing this situation from ever possibly happening.  The only way to do that is to use a natural plan to change your diet into one that will remove the cysts for you.

The reason why I recommend a natural plan is because you really don't have too many options.

Conventional treatments are limited.  The only other alternatives to surgery that they will recommend is:

  1. Watchful waiting
  2. Birth control pills
  3. (Already stated) Surgery

Out of these three, the first one is the least harmful.  That's because, as we said before, the cysts generally go away on their own.  But "just waiting" is never a good plan.  Sure, it might work because the hemorrhagic cyst will dissolve, but if it doesn't work then you will have a much bigger problem (and a much bigger cyst inside of your body.)

Luckily we can combine both what the doctors say to do, and a "smart" approach.

While "watchfully waiting," you can learn about new diets that will help to remove the cysts naturally.  These diets have been proven to eliminate all sorts of ovarian cysts within 1-2 months, and I think it's your best bet.

The one thing you surely don't want to happen is wind up on the operating table.

If there is an emergency then you don't have a choice - but if you know about your cysts right now I would recommend that to be your next step.  A good ovarian cyst diet can remove large, small, tiny, or even a combination of cysts.

Also, it should be noted that birth control pills also mess up your body.  Instead of removing the cysts, it just stops the symptoms by preventing ovulation.  So it might stop new cysts from forming, but the existing ones almost always end up growing bigger.  That's not solving the solution whatsoever.

The only real way to solve this problem permanently is to fight the root cause: the diet.

Changing your diet to one that is proven to eliminate the cysts seems to be the only option, and it really is the only solid plan that you can or should go with.  I wish I could stress how important it is for you to adopt a healthy anti-ovarian cyst diet.  Definitely ask your doctor, too - don't do anything without their consent.

Thanks for reading and please feel free to share your story and leave a comment.  I would love to hear from you!
